The check-in process was a breeze, no waiting in long lines.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but well worth the price.

Nice hotel with a spacious room and great breakfast selection, including made-to-order omelets. The pool wasn’t open during my stay. Good access to nearby attractions and a golf course. Not enough staffing at the front desk, causing long wait times. Overall decent experience, but room for improvement.

Clean room, clean bar with friendly bartenders and an excellent made-to-order breakfast that was both delicious and served promptly.
Nothing to fault.

The breakfast is fantastic with made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries available. A bit crowded during peak times. Be aware of the nearby golf course; it’s a nice perk. Check-in took longer than expected due to understaffing. Would recommend planning a visit to the pool as it can get really busy.

The corner suite was nice and clean, and I loved the decor! Breakfast was pretty good too, although the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. I did have some issues with the hot water – it never really warmed up. Just a little frustrating since I was looking forward to a nice shower.

The breakfast at Embassy Suites Charlotte exceeded my expectations, thanks to chef James. His enthusiasm and skill made the meal truly memorable. the room cleanliness was disappointing, as we faced issues ranging from unmade beds to a clogged toilet. Housekeeping needs improvement for a better stay.

The breakfast was delicious and gave my day the perfect start! The room was so well set up and felt like a home away from home. The bartenders were fabulous, serving up great drinks and sharing insider tips about fun things to do around town!
would recommend 💖✨

I had an amazing time exploring Charlotte as the hotel is just a short walk to places like Doc Porter's Distillery, almost 1.5 km to the Comedy Arts Theater, and less than a 5-minute walk to great dining options like Toppers Pizza and Chicken King, making it super easy to grab a bite before heading to nearby parks like Freedom Park and Latta Park that are about 5 km away for a nice afternoon stroll; the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious thanks to a fantastic omelet bar staff, but the bar was unstaffed during my visit which was a letdown.

Breakfast was amazing, as usual! The room layout was nice, and the shower was a highlight. Staff at the front desk were professional and pleasant. Happy hour was enjoyable, especially with the bartenders’ helpful tips on local attractions. check-in was chaotic—long waits and an unavailable room at 9 PM were frustrating. The complimentary drink tickets were mismanaged, leading to an unnecessary $25 charge. Hot water issues plagued our stay, preventing us from showering before a significant event. Cleanliness in our bathroom and the AC’s inadequacy were concerning. Staff should never enter a room unannounced. While the service staff tried their best, management needs to address these operational flaws.

The room was spacious and very clean, which was a plus. The bed was comfortable, but the linens felt hard and slightly stained. I appreciated the complimentary snacks provided. The temperature control was functional, ensuring a pleasant environment. Noise from the hallway was disruptive, especially during the night. The broken lamp and leaking bathroom sink were inconvenient, and my calls to the front desk went unanswered. It would have been nice to have bath towels readily available, instead of waiting and needing to purchase some. The overall room experience had potential but definitely required improvements.

A hotel with all the comforts of home, from free amenities like breakfast to services like a free airport shuttle. Made-to-order breakfast was a delightful touch; the indoor pool was a great bonus. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze.
I thoroughly enjoyed making my own bed and towels.

The hotel assistant at check-in was super friendly and explained everything about the hotel’s events, happy hour, breakfast, room service, and check-out. The breakfast offered was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
The rooms were a letdown. The tub didn’t drain properly, ruining our showers.

During our recent stay at the Embassy, we had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share with you. Let's start with the positives. The room itself was quite lovely, with modern decor and a comfortable sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the useful amenities like the ironing facilities, which came in handy to freshen up our clothes before heading out to dinner. The room had a well-functioning air conditioning system, ensuring we stayed comfortable throughout our stay. there were definitely areas that could use improvement. the lack of hot water was a major inconvenience. Despite notifying the front desk immediately upon our arrival about the issue, we were still left without hot water for our entire stay. This made getting ready in the mornings quite challenging and left us feeling less than satisfied with our experience. the breakfast situation left a lot to be desired. While the inclusion of a breakfast buffet was a nice touch, the limited hours meant that we missed out on enjoying it fully. Having it end at 9:30 am when checkout is not until 11 am seemed like an oversight that could easily be rectified. In terms of service, there were instances where the staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating. A friendly smile and a simple greeting can go a long way in making guests feel valued and appreciated. It's important for hospitality staff to convey warmth and hospitality to create a positive guest experience.

the pool was filthy, and my first room was a mess with dirty towels and trash. The second room felt stifling, requiring an AC fix. Staff positivity was a mixed bag; while some were genuinely friendly, Erica's attitude was disappointing. Late-night noise from neighbors disrupted my sleep, and room service was frustratingly slow, with no washcloths available initially. Despite some great staff moments, the overall experience was underwhelming for the price.

Our room was a total disaster. It was sweltering, and no one from maintenance came when we called. The bathroom was just as bad—dirty, with an awful drain that barely worked. I left feeling frustrated and cheated for the price.

Our family had a blast at Carowinds Amusement Park, just a quick drive from the hotel. The top thrills and entertainment for everyone made our stay memorable. The easy access to the stadium and Spectrum Center added to the fun and convenience of our trip!
My wife says that the pool could be warmer for kids.

Easy access to the Bank of America Football Stadium and Spectrum Center made game nights hype! Plus, hitting up Carowinds Amusement Park was straight fire for thrill-seekers like us.
Could use a livelier nightlife scene for us party animals! .

The breakfast and free complimentary drinks were a nice touch, especially during Christmas. The chef, James, was exceptional and made our mornings special with his great service. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.
The room temperature was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep.

I chose Embassy Suites for its location near the vibrant SouthPark Mall, but was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle service and the modern E'terie Bar & Grill, which exceeded my expectations.
Long check-in wait, dirty shower.
